You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 988wi will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be attributed to you unless you have notified 988wi of unauthorised access.
988wi reserves the right to refuse registration, or to close an existing account, where it determines that eligibility criteria have not been met, the User poses a risk of fraud, money laundering or terms abuse, or where applicable law or operator policy restricts access.
988wi may require identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle — including before processing deposits, before approving withdrawals, or as part of routine compliance checks. KYC verification is a standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud prevention procedure.
Typical documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport for Pakistani users), proof of residential address where required, a selfie or liveness check, and in some cases confirmation of the payment method used.
Documents must be submitted only through the designated secure HTTPS verification portal within the Platform. Users must never send identity documents via unsecured chat, email or third-party links not originating from the official 988wi Platform.
You must not alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for verification. Submission of fraudulent identity documents constitutes a serious offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
988wi reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification has been completed to its satisfaction. This restriction protects the Platform and its users against fraud and money laundering.

Currency Display: Account balances on 988wi may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion applies, the applicable rate at the time of the transaction will be used. Withdrawal of funds from your 988wi account is subject to the following requirements and conditions:

Where a User holds active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements, the withdrawal of the associated real-money balance may be restricted until wagering conditions are satisfied or bonus funds are forfeited in accordance with Clause 8.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the revision notice.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account. The current version of these Terms is always the version published at https://988wi.cam/terms-conditions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered and licensed. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a representation that the Platform's services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Platform operator's registered jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction provide otherwise.
